Position Title: Data/Financial Analyst

Reports to: Senior VP

Position Summary:

The Client Support Center Analyst will be a key contributor to the success of our organization supporting corporate executives, field leadership and partnering with all departments in the client support center. The Client Support Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to improve current and future performance and process. The individual will work with others to prepare budgets, create vendor operational reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc custom reports. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of reporting analysis and strong communication skills.  Must be an effective communicator both written and oral, with the ability to clearly describe business situations, process gaps, and trends, and present information including potential solutions to audiences across a range of roles and functions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and effectively communicate recommendations to improve business processes and results
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize business operations
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code issues
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns. Interpret data to be able to make recommended changes or adjustments within the business
  • Effectively communicate with executives, field leadership and department managers to solve business challenges
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Perform internal and external research and analyze issues related to business metrics to ensure competitiveness
  • Partner with others to prepare budgets, create vendor operational reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc custom reports

Skills:

  • BA in Finance, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or related field
  • Excel super user and Sage Experience a plus
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, monthly and bi-weekly reporting
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Accounting or Finance experience
